PE
The PE curriculum at Meadow View JMI School is designed so that each pupil who experiences it will have and maintain a love of being active that lasts a lifetime.
We want to give students as many opportunities to be as active as possible throughout the school day. We offer a wide variety of sports so that children can discover new talents or a new favourite sport. Children will become increasingly confident and competent at a range of activities across the curriculum and beyond. Finally, we aim to create an environment for all to join in and build confidence, from those who want to compete and excel to those who want to enjoy being active or enjoy a fun game.

Outdoor Adventurous Activities
The children have been taking part in Outdoor Adventurous Activities and challenged both individually and as a team with the mobile climbing wall. The children loved it and were extremely supportive towards their peers.
#Letgirlsplay
We want to support the campaign #Letgirlsplay. Which is all about influencing and changing perceptions, that football can and should be played by girls. We discussed giving girls the same football opportunities as boys in schools. Girls have been playing football at break, lunch and have had opportunities to compete outside of school. The girls have been practising penalty shoot outs and the boys have been doing an amazing job of supporting them!
